Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Areas & Estimates

  • Germany & EU: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
  • United States: 5–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote regions may require extra time. Estimated dates are shown at checkout.

Shipping Fees

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level. Free-shipping thresholds (if available) will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking events may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside your customs union (e.g., EU to non-EU), you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and clearance fees unless otherwise shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Failed Delivery & Address Issues

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. Undeliverable parcels returned to us can be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus original shipping.
  • Risk of loss passes on delivery to the shipping address provided.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update or delivery with photos (for damage). We will assist with carrier claims and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
